My Criminal defense practice is the Massachusetts' District, Superior and Juvenile Trial Courts. I've handled over 1,200 criminal cases.
I represent individuals in all types of misdemeanor and felony criminal matters. I successfully represent clients in: OUI, Drug possession and Distribution, Assault and Battery, Larceny/ Embezzlement, "white collar" crimes, etc. If you need a trial attorney then make sure you hire someone who is consistently in the courtroom. In Civil Litigation I have the experience to successfully resolve any Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Car Accident or Slip and Fall case. I can mediate, arbitrate or litigate any general civil matter.
My Commercial Practice involves representing some of the county's largest Commercial Contractors, Medical Service providers and businesses. I review and draft all types of contracts, resolve business disputes and handle commercial collection matters.
My past Business/ Commercial work includes 10 years in Boston as an Attorney/Finance executive in secured lending.
Upon request I can provide Alternative Dispute Resolution services as either an Arbitrator or Mediator. I am active as an Industry Arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) (formerly NASD) with available Public published decisions. My Mediation training was completed in conformity with Rule 8 of the Rules of Uniform Dispute Resolution as adopted by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
